The balloon has been launched with a purpose and it is to confuse the population and the remains of the balloon have fallen into the sea. Some people will fall unconscious and new diseases will appear. I see people not only in poor health but also on hospital beds because of something new that is going to happen. All this is taking place because there is someone who wants to stay in power to be world power. Don't be surprised if in the next few years there is a Third World War because I feel the energy of China that is very on the defensive. from another planet. Those UFOs found are not made by humans. They have entered planet Earth with a purpose.
