The history dates back to the 20th century where the first settlers of Jesus Maria settled in the district for facilities granted by the state to buy land (especially from public administration workers), but in turn the farm workers settled in its old ranches that became the aforementioned alleys, many of them were incorporated into the factories and industries that existed in the city, the road that communicated them with the city was Nicolas de Pierola avenue (now called Brasil avenue). Little by little, Jesus Maria district was populated not only by Peruvians but also by Japanese, Italians and other foreign citizens, all of them with businesses such as shops, wineries, hairdressers, pharmacies, hardware stores. It is said that because it is one of the busiest avenues and one of the oldest in Lima, it has many paranormal stories to tell. Since the 20th century, the events of traffic accidents with injuries and on other occasions deaths haven't ceased.
Now, I'm going to talk to about these two main points where the vast majority of traffic accidents occur. Undoubtedly, the 15th and 16th blocks of Brazil avenue are points charged with paranormal energy that makes it an environment always predisposed to future accidents.
As a connoisseur and neighbor of this strategic point, I have had the terrible experience of witnessing two fatal traffic accidents that have even ended with deaths lying on the tracks. Around the years 2003-2005, I remember that there were two telephone booths on the corner of the 15th block and another one on the 16th block of Brazil avenue. As you will find out now in 2022, those two phone booths no longer exist due to the continuous accidents that have occurred at those two points.
Not only during those 3 years have terrible accidents happened, it always happen.
My point of view is that when one or more people die tragically in a place, they are left wandering in the place due to their regretful accident and clinging to life without realizing that they are no longer alive. Many times these energies, when they stay, transmit their bad vibration and that is when living people's minds are clouded when they pass by, causing accidents.
In this case, at these two points on blocks 15 and 16 of Brazil avenue, it would be advisable to always cross with caution and respect traffic signals. Otherwise, you could become the next victim that an accident happens when crossing or driving a car.
